Been playing around with the site and to make it easier for me to keep up with, I decided to combine all my efforts into a single blog instead of different pages of blogs.
Besides making it more efficient on time, one of the biggest reasons for this is that nutrition, meditation, spirituality, and physical exercise are all parts of being a "fit" person.
As for the new direction: Not only will I continue to post awesome recipes and news, but I will also do product reviews for products I use and update you as to my progress on my own fitness adventures.
